RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
DURATION OF RETURN POLICY
Our return policy lasts 14 calendar days. If more than 14 days have gone by since the date of receipt of your order, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in its original, undamaged packaging, including all tags and accessories.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURN POLICY
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns of the following product types are not accepted:
- Baby hygiene items (e.g. diapers, wipes, pacifiers, opened bottles)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Baby food and other perishable goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Gift Cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care products
RETURN PROCEDURE
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not return your purchases directly to the manufacturer. Please contact our customer service at contact@newmamz.com to receive detailed instructions on the return process.
PARTIAL REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted:
- Items showing obvious signs of use
- CDs, DVDs, software, video games or any other media opened or used
- Items damaged or incomplete for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund after a certain period of time, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve followed these steps and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@newmamz.com .
SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or promotional items are not eligible for a refund.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@newmamz.com .
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift was shipped to the original buyer to be given to you later, we will send a refund to the original buyer.
SHIPPING
To return your product, you must first contact us at contact@newmamz.com for return instructions. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. These are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that you will receive your returned item.
